UK mainland orders will be sent in one of two post runs a week, usually on Monday and Thursday, with a cut off of the afternoon of the day before. 

The postage is set to increase on orders over £29.99 due to weight of parcels of oil which contain more than 4 bottles of oil. If you are ordering toys and go over this limit, we will contact you to refund the additional postage (unless you wish to donate it to the rescue work).

There are three postage weight classes / prices for 1st and 2nd class postage:

1st class Royal Mail

1 - 4 bottles of oil (and/ or toys) = £4.45

5 - 6 bottles of oil (and toys) = £8.00

7 - 9 bottles of oil (and toys) = £13.00

2nd class Royal Mail 

1 - 4 bottles of oil (and/or toys) = £3.50

5 - 6 bottles of oil (and/or toys) = £6.00

7 - 9 bottles of oil (and toys) = £9.00

For order of 10 bottles or more, please email us for a bespoke quote. 

If you would like to place an order of toys for outside of UK mainland, please email us on orders@fluffyretreat.org.uk for a postal quote. 

Please note we cannot export oil to other countries.
